fonts-dzongkha software package provides TrueType fonts for Dzongkha language, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-dzongkha
fonts-dzongkha is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-dzongkha package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-dzongkha *
You will get with fonts-dzongkha package name, version, architecture and description in a table
